This is an apartment in Charlottesville that houses students for UVA. There was a front porch that began to fall off the building from a large number of young folks having a little fun on the roof top. Fortunately no one was hurt, however the entire front of the building had to be restored. Brian milled up all the components to match the style of the existing. The capitals where able to re reused but the fluted pilaster and everything else was built from scratch. The steel balconettes were added during this project.
