This master bath expansion included absorbing a small amount of square footage from an adjacent spare bedroom so that the clients could have a larger master bath. Gains included a separate shower and tub, an enclosed water closet area, and a large custom vanity.

A nice touch - the curved wall (part of the water closet area) - softens the flow from the bedroom to the bathroom. This curve adds flair, and repeats elements that are in the existing part of this early 20th century home.

Scope of project included space planning and finish selection.
Finishes chosen were vanity, marble counter top, plumbing fixtures, color selection, tile selection, custom cabinetry design, crown molding and lighting.
